Cancellation Policy: A credit card may be required to secure your reservation. A 24 hour notice is needed for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments that call the morning of their reservation, or appointments that do not show will be charged the price of the scheduled service.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be asked to reschedule or opt to receive their service with an adjusted length of time.
Please note that your appointment is not scheduled until it can be confirmed by a staff member through either a phone call, text message, or email.
